Biography
Levi Herrera is a senior at the University of Texas at Tyler. He will graduate in May of 2013 with a degree in English, and intends to continue his education, studying medieval and Renaissance literature. This spring, Levi will intern in the office of Congressman Ted Poe. Levi is an inaugural member of UT Tyler’s Honors Program. He attended the 2012 National Collegiate Honors Conference in Boston to present research about J. M. Synge and the apocalypse. Levi is a former employee of the Robert R. Muntz Library on campus, and a former one-star server at the great dining establishment, Cracker Barrel Restaurant and Old Country Store. Levi is an Eagle Scout, and enjoys reading, hiking, cycling and watching movies in his spare time.
