Biography
Uriel Alejandro "Alex" Guajardo was born in McAllen, TX and raised in Pharr, TX from Las Milpas. He is a Political Science major at The University of Texas at San Antonio, minoring in Spanish and Legal Studies. He plans to graduate in May 2014 and pursue law school. His career goals consist of becoming a Public Interest Lawyer and Political Science Professor at The University of Texas - Pan American before he intends to serve in public service. His goal is to become U.S. Representative for the 15th District of Texas and will gain some hands on experience interning for U.S. Congressman Joaquin Castro. He's also interned with San Antonio Mayor Julián Castro.
