Biography
Duggan Baker is a fourth-year student in The University of Texas at Austin's Plan II Honors Program. He became interested in public policy through his exposure to the oil and gas industry as a geology student. As a result, Duggan is interested in oil and gas policy and the management of our remaining energy sources. Throughout the Spring 2014 semester, he will be interning with Marathon Oil's Office of Federal Relations in Washington, D.C. Duggan is a passionate sportsman who enjoys spending time outside, whether he is exercising or hunting and fishing.
