Biography
Oanh "Elly" Tran is a senior at The University of Texas at Dallas earning her B.S. in Political Science. Elly is a member of the UT Dallas John Marshall Pre-law society and is an adamant volunteer for Legal Aid of Collin County. Elly participates in UT Dallas's undergraduate research showcase in which she has submitted papers regarding the Politics of China and the economics of East Asia. Elly is also a Eucharistic Youth Leader and a member of the Dallas Fort Worth Asian American Citizens Council. Elly’s dream is to attend law school and during her Archer Fellowship she will be interning with U.S. Senator Ted Cruz from Texas.
