Biography
Curtis Powell is a senior at The University of Texas at San Antonio majoring in economics. Curtis is pursuing Highest Honors and Leadership Honors through UTSA's Honors College. Curtis has conducted research on intergenerational mobility through his honors thesis, and is a Public Policy and International Affairs Fellow, participating in the fellowship at The University of Michigan.
