Biography
Lucy Zhang is a graduating senior at The University of Texas at Austin studying public health with a concentration in biostatistics and public health informatics. She has previously interned at the Texas Department of State Health Services, with Texas Senator Judith Zaffirini, and as a 10th grade summer teacher with Breakthrough Austin. Lucy has a strong interest in health policy and will be interning at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Pandemics and Emerging Threats.
