Biography
Luis Carlos Perez is a senior at The University of Texas - Pan American and will graduate with honors, attaining a double major in finance and biology. He will begin medical school at Baylor College of Medicine in July 2015 and is interested in being politically active while practicing medicine. Luis has studied abroad for three terms and has interests ranging from playing instruments and cooking culturally diverse foods to financially advising family and friends. He has conducted biochemistry research for three years and has served on the Student Health Advisory Board, the Honors Council, and the Cost of Education Committee.
