Biography
Marisa Durham is a senior at The University of Texas at Dallas pursuing her bachelor’s in political science. She has worked with various organizations like the Texas College Democrats, College Democrats of America and served as the President of the UTD Democrats. Recently, she worked as an intern for the Wendy Davis campaign and a field organizer for a local state representative campaign. This semester, she also served as a research assistant for a project on asylum and immigration. During the spring semester she will intern at EMILY’s List, and hopes to progress the amount of women active in politics.
