Biography
Terry Wellington is a junior at The University of Texas at Austin, majoring in Plan II Honors with a certificate in international conflict. She is interested in researching policies and initiatives that can strengthen U.S.-Russian relations. Terry has studied Russian language at the International University in Moscow and interned at the United States Embassy in Kingston, Jamaica. On campus, Terry is a Rapoport Scholar, a member of Texas Orange Jackets, and works as a peer advisor.
