Biography
David Austin Black is a senior at The University of Texas at Arlington majoring in political science and minoring in French. He studied in France during the summer of 2014 through a program offered by the UTA Honors College, of which he is a member. That experience coupled with a class in Russian politics sparked in Austin an interest in international law, which he plans to pursue by attending law school after successfully completing his undergraduate education.
