Biography
Ellen Hense is a graduating senior at The University of Texas at Austin pursuing a degree in government with a minor in communication. Ellen’s passion for public service started when she interned with State Representative Mark Strama and was able to draft and testify for her own piece of legislation. She has an interest in civil rights and prison reform. After graduation, Ellen plans to attend law school and work as a civil rights attorney.
