Biography
Jan Ross will be graduating with a Bachelor of Journalism from The University of Texas at Austin in May 2016, with a government minor and interdisciplinary certificate in social inequality, health, and policy. She served on the Texas Student Media board of operating trustees, UNA-USA Austin board of directors and facilitated communications for the Innovations for Peace and Development research lab. Recently, she has worked at KUT Public Media, Texas Exes, and was a summer fellow in the Office of the Texas Governor’s Economic Development & Tourism division. She hopes to produce culturally-relevant digital content and eventually work in non-profit communications.
