Biography
Carlos is a junior studying honors global business and marketing at The University of Texas at Dallas. He spent a semester at the Vienna University of Economics and is interested in pursuing a career in diplomacy. He has participated in international conferences with the United Nations related to non-proliferation affairs, and has led university courses ranging from nuclear weapons testing to classical music marketing. Carlos is a captain of the UTD Mock Trial team, and he has also worked for the Boy Scouts of America. Originally from Puerto Rico, he spends his free time going to the symphony and participating in cultural events.
