Hannah is a senior at The University of Texas at Dallas, pursuing degrees in international political economy and sociology in conjunction with a Masters in Public Affairs. She is a Terry Scholar, and has been involved on campus as a senator for Student Government and as an Orientation Leader. Just recently, she served as the Chief Executive Officer of her sorority, Kappa Alpha Theta. Hannah has interned with The Borgen Project, advocating for poverty-reduction legislation such as the Electrify Africa Act that was signed into law in 2015 by President Obama. She also interned with IGNITE Texas and worked with the Innocence Project of Texas. She plans to attend law school and to pursue a career in advocacy, public policy, and governmental consulting.
