Biography
Stephen is a junior and Eugene McDermott Scholar at The University of Texas at Dallas. He is studying electrical engineering with a minor in political science. On campus, Stephen has led his university's Quizbowl Association and Fencing Club. He is passionate about science and technology issues, particularly regarding electronic communication, and has completed internships with both government and industry. A travel lover, Stephen traveled across Europe last fall learning German. After graduation, Stephen plans to complete graduate school and pursue his interests in engineering and policy.
