Biography
Samiya Khan is a student at The University of Texas at San Antonio majoring in biology as a part of the FAME program, a seven year B.S./M.D. program with the Long School of Medicine. She has previously served as a research intern at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and enjoys volunteering with the refugee and uninsured community at the Center for Refugee Services and Travis Park Dermatology Clinic, respectively. In the future, Khan hopes to pursue a career in public health.
