Biography
Delia Appiah Mensah is a biomedical engineering and Collegium V Honors senior at The University of Texas at Dallas. Mensah has served on the Collegium V Honors Council and participated in scientific research at UT Dallas, UT Southwestern Medical Center, and The University of Pennsylvania. On campus, she works with the Innocence Project of Texas, participates in Moot Court and works as Chemistry Team Leader for the Student Success Center. Mensah plans use her skills gained from research experience along with her drive for advocacy to further the efforts of organizations seeking to make positive social changes. After graduation, she will pursue a law degree.
