Biography
Regina Parra is a senior honors college student majoring in political science with a minor in business at The University of Texas at San Antonio. As an international student, she is passionate about making higher education available to underserved populations across the globe, immigration reform and human rights. On campus, she is part of the UTSA Ambassadors, the honors college program, CityMester, and interned for the UTSA Governmental Relations Office. Off campus, she volunteered for Caritas Legal Services where she assisted refugees and immigrants seeking better lives. Upon graduation, Parra hopes to attend law school and focus on international law, human rights and education.
