Biography
Ruben Aguirre is a senior at The University of Texas at El Paso majoring in political science and minoring in legal reasoning. He has interned at the district office of former U.S. Representative Beto O'Rourke and has worked on O’Rourke’s senate and presidential campaigns. Aguirre also worked for two years at UTEP's President's Office under Dr. Diana Natalicio and interned for Judge Philip Martinez at the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas. He is a member of the Patti and Paul Yetter Center for Law, Chicano /Pre-Law Society, Student Government Association, and an umpire at Southwest Little League. Ruben plans to attend law school upon graduation.
