Biography
Scarlett Neely is a student at The University of Texas at Austin majoring in plan II honors and government. Neely has worked with the Texas Legislature for two sessions, first as a legislative aide, and then with a lobbying firm. She also interned with the Texas Democratic Party and U.S. Representative Lloyd Doggett (TX-35). On campus, she enjoyed her involvement in acting, Student Government, and the Undergraduate Law Review Journal. In her spare time, she likes reading, playing piano, and trying to satisfy her sweet tooth. She plans to devote her future to her passions for policymaking, public service, and women's rights.
