Carissa O'Pry

Carissa O’Pry is a senior at The University of Texas at Arlington majoring in political science with a minor in history and criminal justice. She completed a research position through the Allan Saxe Fellowship Research Program and was accepted to present her work at the Midwest Political Science Association Conference in Chicago. O’Pry is a Pi Sigma Alpha Honor Society member, served as a liberal arts ambassador, political science ambassador, and peer academic leader. She is passionate about human rights advocacy and plans to pursue a master’s degree in either international relations or public policy.
