Biography

Holland Frieling is a junior at The University of Texas at Austin double majoring in physics and Plan II Honors. On campus, she is heavily involved with the Department of Physics; she has conducted experimental condensed matter research in the Markert Magnetism and Superconductivity group since the spring of her freshman year and has held an officer role for the Gender Minorities in Physics student organization. After graduation, Frieling intends to pursue a doctorate in physics, specifically working to improve the efficiency of solar cells.
