Biography
Neelam Bohra is a senior at The University of Texas at Austin double majoring in journalism and government. She has interned at media outlets including The Texas Tribune and CNN Digital while also serving in multiple positions at her campus newspaper, The Daily Texan, most recently as associate news editor. On campus, Bohra is the public relations director for Texas Orange Jackets and served as the president of the UT Asian American Journalists Association. After graduation, she plans to pursue print and digital news reporting on national politics and its human impact.
