Biography
Barret Williams is a senior at Stephen F. Austin State University, majoring in business economics with minors in political science and finance. On campus, he was the president and founder of the Lutheran Student Fellowship and the president of the Economics Reading Group, where he coordinated events, led group discussions, and met with local businesses. During his undergraduate career, he worked as a policy intern at the Competitive Enterprise Institute, where he wrote blog posts on tariff policy and contributed to a public comment on proposed USDA regulations. After graduation, Williams plans to turn his passion for economics into a career in economic policy.
